Terms of Service

1. The service

CalmGlide provides gentle movement routines, guided videos and wellness trackers for general fitness and wellbeing. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and does not replace care from your doctor. Stop any movement that hurts. If you have a medical condition, swelling in one leg, a heart, kidney or lymphatic condition, or are pregnant, speak with your doctor before starting.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; keep access to that email secure. One account per person.

3. Subscription, price and automatic renewal

CalmGlide membership is a recurring subscription. Before you pay we show, and you confirm, the exact introductory charge, the renewal amount, the renewal interval and the date of the first renewal. Current offers:

• 1-week plan: $13.86 for the first 7 days, then $39.99 every 28 days until cancelled.
• 4-week plan: $19.99 for the first 28 days, then $39.99 every 28 days until cancelled.
• 12-week plan: $39.99 for the first 84 days, then $79.99 every 84 days until cancelled.

Your subscription renews automatically at the renewal price until you cancel. We will remind you by email before any renewal where the law requires it, and at least [NEEDED: 3 days] before the first renewal after an introductory period of more than 30 days.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in one tap, from Profile → Membership in the app, or by emailing hello@calmglide.com. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.

5. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee: if CalmGlide is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it. Statutory rights in your jurisdiction are not affected. Charge disputes filed without contacting us first may result in account closure.

6. One-time purchases

Add-on guides are one-time purchases charged to your saved payment method after you tap a button showing the exact amount. They are digital goods delivered immediately; [NEEDED: refund position for digital goods].

7. Acceptable use

Personal, non-commercial use only. Do not copy, share or resell videos or content. Accounts may be closed for abuse.

8. Intellectual property

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes
